Allyssa was kind, knowledgeable, responsive and very helpful, at her homestay (which is lovely by the way) and during the tour of toddy palm. Definitely a major highlight of my trip to Thailand.

Fantastic tour! A great insight into how the community uses the toddy palm in so many ways. The tour was great fun, the hosts were all very welcoming and we got to see the whole process of harvesting the juice and fruit to making the palm sugar and cakes with the palm fruit. Alyssa translated the tour into English so we could understand everything and ask questions. The cooking demonstration showed us the different parts of the fruit and how to use them in different ways along with fruits and vegetables from their garden. We would highly recommend!
